Ecosystems

An ecosystem is a group of living and non-living things that live in the same area. All elements of an ecosystem interact. Ecosystems have no particular size. They can be as large as a rainforest or a lake, or as small as a bush or a puddle. Even a tiny drop of water is an ecosystem. The biggest ecosystem on planet Earth is Earth itself. Ecosystems can be aquatic or terrestrial. Thet can also be man-made, such as aquariums and terrariums.
